Qruiser is run by QX Förlag AB a swedish limited liability company consisting of 50 owners with the purpose of publishing gaymedia in the Nordic region. The publishing house has 12 full time employees publishing the magazine QX, running the websites QX.se, Corky.se and running the comunity Qruiser. The publishing house also hosts and runs the annual event Gaygalan, runs the webshop QX Shop, and publishes the touristguide Gaymap among many other things.
